Slotable KYC Verification Process
Slotable verifies player accounts to meet anti-money laundering checks and to confirm the account belongs to the person using it. The review starts when the system flags an account or when you request actions that require a higher level of verification.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Slotable asks for a clear photo of a valid government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The image must show the full document, your name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. Slotable may also request a selfie or short video with the ID to confirm you match the document.
- Address proof: Slotable requests a document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days. Accepted examples include a utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter, or a government-issued letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs get rejected if the issuer details or date are missing.
- Payment method: Slotable verifies the method used for deposits or withdrawals. For cards, Slotable asks for a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits and CVV covered; the cardholder name and expiry date must remain visible. For e-wallets, Slotable asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID, plus a transaction record matching your Slotable deposit.
Slotable typically triggers KYC at first withdrawal, after a higher-value deposit, after changes to personal details (name, address, phone, email), or when payment activity looks inconsistent with the account profile. The casino can also pause withdrawals until documents pass review.
Processing time depends on document quality and queue load. A clean set of files clears in 1–24 hours, while cases needing re-uploads or manual checks take 2–3 days. If a document is cropped, blurry, expired, or the address format doesn’t match the Slotable profile, the review restarts from the time the corrected files are submitted.
Current state: Slotable uses a standard three-part KYC flow—ID, address, and payment method—with review times ranging from same-day to a few days when re-submissions are needed.
